Harbor Guard 2-Year Product Guarantee

Harbor Guard is committed to providing high-quality coating solutions designed to protect and enhance your surfaces. We stand by our products and offer a 2-Year Limited Guarantee against product failures, subject to the terms and conditions below. After 2 years, you may need a recoat. Simply clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and reapply. The product guarantee is only valid for surfaces recommended by Harbor Guard.

1. Guarantee Coverage

This guarantee covers product defects that result in coating failure, such as:

• Peeling or flaking of the coating.
• Premature loss of gloss or hydrophobic properties.
• Breakdown of the protective layer under normal environmental conditions.

2. Guarantee Limitations

This guarantee applies only if:

• The product was applied according to the instructions provided by Harbor Guard.
• The product was applied to a surface recommended by Harbor Guard.
• Proper surface preparation was completed before application.
• Routine maintenance and care were followed, including regular cleaning with non-abrasive products.

The guarantee does not cover:

• Improper application or failure to follow instructions.
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, impact, or abrasion. Environmental factors not suitable for the product.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Products applied to surfaces not recommended by Harbor Guard.

3. 2-Year Performance Guarantee

Harbor Guard guarantees that the coating will maintain its protective performance, high-gloss appearance and stain-resistant properties for a period of two (2) years from the date of application, subject to the terms and conditions of this Guarantee.

This Performance Guarantee applies only when Harbor Guard has been applied by a Harbor Guard Certified Applicator, in accordance with the current Harbor Guard Technical Data Sheet, application procedures and surface preparation requirements.

The guarantee is subject to normal use, appropriate care and maintenance, and does not cover damage caused by abrasion, impact, improper cleaning methods, chemical exposure outside the product specifications, substrate failure, repairs or modifications to the coated surface, or other conditions outside Harbor Guard's reasonable control.

Where a valid claim is accepted under this Performance Guarantee, Harbor Guard's obligations will be limited to the remedies specified in this Guarantee.

4. Claim Process

To file a claim under this guarantee:

• Contact our customer service team at HGsupport@harborguard.com or call US: +1 281 566 4277 or UAE: +971 54 588 11 77 or your local supplier, with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
• Provide photos and a description of the affected area to assist in the evaluation.
• Harbor Guard may request an inspection or additional information.
• If a claim is approved, we will, at our discretion: Replace the defective product, or offer a refund for the purchase price. The refund does not cover the cost to reinstall the product or any other labor or installation costs.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Harbor Guard is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product failure. Guarantee only applies to coatings that are applied on recommended surfaces.

6. Maintenance Recommendations

For optimal results and to maintain your warranty, we recommend:

• Cleaning with pH-neutral, non-abrasive cleaners and materials.
• Following regular maintenance schedules based on your environment.
