Harbor Guard

Harbor Guard started with a problem: ceramic coatings were expensive, finicky, and didn't hold up the way people were promised. Boat owners were paying detailer prices for a finish the wrong soap could ruin.

Our parent company, Coval Technologies, had already built CorLock — a way of bonding a protective layer to a surface at the molecular level, far denser than anything else on the market. It wasn't made for boats at first, but once we saw how tough, simple, and long-lasting it was, the fit was obvious.

So, we adapted it for gelcoat, paint, teak, and painted metal — tested in real marina conditions, not just a lab. And we built it so boat owners could apply it themselves.

That's Harbor Guard: not ceramic with a different label, but a genuinely better way to protect what you love.

The name Corlock was devised to represent this technological breakthrough.  The Core Technology of our coatings locks onto the surface at a molecular level creating incredibly strong adhesion.  The Core also cross links with itself and through that process forms a nearly impenetrable matrix to protect the surface from staining.  This technology was then further modified for the specific requirements of the Marine Industry.
